President Barack Obama, was cool as a cucumber and a true example of what leadership is all about, he demanded that a compromise take place among the two parties to avoid a Government Shutdown. The ball was in their court and they began to act as grown-ups and settled matters as they should have instead of continuing to act as grade school children, "Welcome back America".
